Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative / Account Manager to become a part of a strong sales team, and continue to grow our customer base. The ideal candidate is a motivated, personable, growth-oriented professional to provide marketing and print solutions to our valued customers.

Job Type:
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Base Salary + Commission

Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining new business opportunities as well as grow existing client relationships
- Achieve new business goals by identifying and developing strategic opportunities and selling effective solutions to customers
- Communicate effectively with management, marketing and production teams to guarantee sales and customer objectives are met
- Update customers throughout production to keep them informed of the status of jobs, discuss additional information needed, and coordinate changes if needed

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of business-to-business selling experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred
- General knowledge of basic software programs such as Microsoft Office and CRM database systems
- Ability to work both independently with little/no instruction, as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
